Free shipping worldwide. All fees, costs and duties are included in the price while still promoting value and quality control. 

• Delivery time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-15 days lead time for natural diamond pieces as every natural diamond piece is hand crafted for each customer delivered directly to your door. 

Refund Policy

Strict 14-Day Return Policy 

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns only accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

Returns and Exchanges

• Approved returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

• Refunds are not offered as part of our standard policy. However, if a refund is approved for a return or canceled order, a minimum 20% deduction will be applied to cover all unavoidable order preparation, handling, and processing fees.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other related international shipping costs are not refundable.

• Store credit or exchanges apply solely to the item’s original value.

Initiating a Return

• To initiate a return, email support@golftechnologysolutions.com. with your order information, request and reason for return. If you have already contacted our team and your refund was approved, please securely package your item for return and await instructions from our sales team.

Returns 

• Buyer responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly fulfilled.

• For shoppers local to our warehouses or showrooms, we welcome in-store visits for your returns/exchanges. You will need to email us to find out the exact location of where your piece was manufactured.
